Kumkum Bhagya, Kundali Bhagya and other TV shows to resume shoot from June 26 as FWICE and CINTAA come to a mutual agreement

After three months of lockdown, the television industry is finally gearing up to resume shooting. With due permission from the Maharashtra Government with certain measures to stay safe, shows like Kumkum BhagyaKundali BhagyaTujhse Hai RaabtaQurbaan HuaSa Re Ga Ma Pa L’il Champs and Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Punjabi were to begin today. However, with no clarity regarding key factors like sanitation, safety, payments, insurance and shift timings, the shoots of nine television shows were called off.

However now, according to an entertainment portal, the associations Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) and Cine And TV Artistes' Association (CINTAA) have come to a consensus with the producers' body and shoots will now resume from tomorrow. Just yesterday shoots of two TV shows had resumed and now with this good news, fans are sure to be exited.

FWICE president B.N. Tiwari told, "I am satisfied and we will start shooting from tomorrow. The producers and technicians and artists have come to a conclusion and work should resume. We will keep having meetings regarding the concerns every month because this is the first time that work is happening after lockdown. When the producer association is agreeing, we will also do the same and the best thing is no one will be replaced and the payments will be received on time and the dues will be worked out. The producers have been taking care of everything for us and I would like to thank JD Majethia and his team for supporting us."
