Bigg Boss 11 winner Shilpa Shinde is all set to start her political journey. Apparently, the actress who has joined the Congress party, will contest Lok Sabha 2019 elections. However, looks like Twitterati couldn't digest the news.
A few fans have applauded Shilpa for her decision, while others are unhappy with her joining the respective party chosen by her.

The actress has recently joined the Congress party in Mumbai where she was welcomed by President of Congress Mumbai committee Sanjay Nirupam and party leader, Charan Singh Sapra. While talking to few media sections, Shilpa Shinde said, "Yeah. Right now, I am joining the party. Later, I will get a clear picture from (where) I am going to fight."
Asked why she chose the Congress, she said, "I don't know, but my father was also in Congress. He was a good friend of Sharad Pawar and Sushil Kumar Shinde..."

Shilpa Shinde earned fame after playing Angoori Bhabhi on popular TV show Bhabhiji Ghar Pe Hain. She then participated in the reality show Bigg Boss 11 and emerged as winner. She worked as Googly Devi in Sunil Grover's cricket-based web series Jio Dhan Dhana Dhan.
