The makers of serial Ishqbaaz are leaving no stone unturned to entertain its viewers with one twist after the other. Recently, actor Nakuul Mehta, who essays the role of Shivaay, shared a still from the shoot of the show. And yes, the picture is ought to grab your attention and leave you surprised completely!

In the picture, one can see Shivaay holding Anika (Surbhi Chandna) at the temple decked up in the wedding outfit. So does that mean, Shivaay and Anika are about to wed again?

As per the current track, Shivaay's and Anika’s life have completed changed. Shivaay has thrown Anika out of the Oberoi mansion as he suspects her of leaking a sensitive video footage. However, Anika will make continues efforts to save Shivaay's sister Priyanka from marrying Daksh, whose intentions are not noble. In the upcoming track, Shivaay will be shown worried about post Priyanka gets admitted to the hospital. Daksh will hold Anika responsible for Priyanka's condition, instigating Shivaay's hatred towards Anika.

Meanwhile, Anika will be seen getting hitched to her fiancé Nikhil in a temple. In a fit of fury, Shivaay will reach the temple and as per reports, will end up forcing Anika to marry him!
