Drashti plays a character who looks strong but inside is crumbling at the cruel and brutal hands of her husband, as he is a control freak and resorts to domestic violence if need be. The two couples are as different as chalk and cheese but the only common factor is that Drashti is the childhood friend of Aditi. As per the first promo that was released, Drashti’s character Nandini falls in love with Shakti’s character Kunal and vice versa. Drashti revealed in an interview to a media house that her character has various shades to her. She was reported as saying, “She is someone who always wanted to get married and have a happily married life. But due to some reason, things don't go as planned.” The show releases on June 4, 2018 at 10 pm on Colors TV.
