Piyush has been in police custody for past few weeks due to rape allegations!
TV serial Beyhadh actor Piyush Sahdev was arrested for allegedly raping a 23-year-old fashion designer cum model. The actor’s bail plea has been rejected by the Mumbai court on the basis of the medical reports submitted by Versova police officer.
Surprisingly, on the other hand, Piyush’s estranged wife Akangsha Rawat has been suffering because of her husband’s crime. If our sources are to believed, Akangsha is struggling to get a place to stay in Mumbai.
A close source informs PeepingMoon.com, “Akangsha is going through a tough patch post Piyush Sahdev’s rape issue. The divorce between them has not yet happened, but the couple wasn’t staying together for the past four months. She got to know the other side of Piyush after the marriage. She moved out of Piyush’s house when she got to know that her husband is cheating on her.”
Apparently, Akangsha is in a search for a new house on rent in Mumbai. “Yes, Akangsha is going crazy these days. This controversy had led her being thrown off her current house. In fact, she is not getting another flat on rent. These days, she is dealing with a lot of personal issues and that’s the reason she is trying to keep herself away from the whole controversy,” the source concludes.
When PeepingMoon.com tried to contact Akangsha, she refused to comment on the same.
Piyush and Akangsha had met through mutual friends and had tied the knot in June 2012 after dating for almost a year. The couple was in a live-in-relationship for 10 years before getting married.
Currently, Piyush is in judicial custody in the Arthur Road Jail after he was arrested by the Mumbai Police on November 22, 2017.
