Celebration time: Mouni Roy to slither into ‘Bigg Boss’ house

More excitement coming up, as TV’s most gorgeous ‘naagin’ is set to slither into the ‘Bigg Boss’ house. Mouni Roy will add pizzazz to the 11th season of the show, kick-starting the pre-celebrations for host Salman Khan's birthday in the house.

The reality show has been living up to its notoriety, filled with fights, controversies and more. Over the past months, many celebrities have also visited the house, to liven things up further. The last guest, Karan Patel for instance, revived his animosity with Hina Khan, as he slammed the actress for constantly changing her statements on the show. He even took a jibe at her later, saying, “Let’s all collect a fund to treat her memory problem.” Hina had hit back at him, challenging, “24 hours yahan reh kar dikhaaye Mr Patel.”

We are naturally agog to see if Mouni Roy stirs up further trouble when she comes visiting. Set to give the contestants tasks, her entry will mark the beginning of Salman Khan’s birthday celebrations. While Bhai, as he is popularly known, has his birthday on December 27, celebrations at the BB house will start this weekend itself.

Mouni is set for Bollywood now and will make her big screen debut opposite Akshay Kumar in the Reema Kagti directorial, Gold. A biopic on hockey player Balbir Singh Sr, Mouni has been suitably thrilled about being part of the film and sharing screen space with Akshay Kumar. “He is so sincere in every shot… you feel so lucky to just stand in the same frame as him and every day on the film set, I have learnt something. I have immense love and respect for that man.”

She is also rumoured to have signed on the Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt-starrer, Brahmastra, though she prefers to stay tight-lipped about her role in the film. For now, she will take the excitement up a couple of notches during her visit to the BB house!

Unfortunately, fans will no longer see Mouni in Naagin 3, though she claims she will never quit television.
