Soorma vs Ant-Man and The Wasps at Box Office: Sunday decides which film to take the final lead

Diljit Dosanj starrer Soorma, a biopic of Indian hockey player, Sandeep Singh collected Rs 5. 05 crore on its second day at the Box Office. The Shaad Ali directorial received mixed reviews from the critics and faced a tough competition from Rajkumar Hirani's blockbuster, Sanju along with Hollywood release Ant-Man and The Wasps.

Soorma collected Rs 3. 20 crore on its first day and the Sunday business is expected to rake in more than both Friday and Saturday for the film. On the other hand, Ant-Man and The Wasps opened to garner Rs 5. 50 crore. It minted Rs 7 crore on Saturday.

The total two-day collection of Soorma stands at Rs 8. 25, while Ant-Man... has Rs 12. 50 crore in its kitty from India's Box Office in all languages.

The Sunday business is expected to clear which film will take a lead at the ticket window. While Soorma is surely expected to gain some moolah, Ant-Man has also been deemed entertaining by the fans. The word-of-mouth for both the films is quite the same.

 

On the other hand, Sanju is continuing its winning streax at the BO. The Ranbir Kapoor starrer has swiftly crossed a Rs 300 crore mark and is eyeing to shatter the lifetime business of Salman Khan's Tiger Zinda Hai, Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Aamir Khan's PK.

Quite a race at the Box Office!
