The thrilling and high-on-drama 16th season of Bigg Boss is coming to an end today. After over four months, Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, Shiv Thakare, Shalin Bhanot, Archana Gautam and MC Stan will step out of the house. One of them will have the winner's trophy. The grand finale kickstarted on an electrifying note with host Salman Khan. As the winning moment came closer, one housemate had to bid adieu. 

After coming a long way and just a few steps before the trophy, Shalin Bhanot bid adieu to Bigg Boss 16. During the episode, Bigg Boss announced that the housemates had to mutually decide the name of the contestant who didn't deserve to be in the trophy race. It was also revealed that if their decision matched the audience's verdict, the prize money for the winner would be Rs. 31.80 lacs. Since it matched, Shalin was evicted from the show and the prize money was changed to Rs. 31.80 lacs.

Throughout his journey on the show, the actor made headlines for his love-and-hate relationship with evicted contestant Tina Datta and fights with the housemates over chicken.
