Finally, the cat is out of the bag and for all those people who hate Bigg Boss, Sreesanth’s revelation of the infamous Bhajji hitting him incident is a proof that this show is not just about fights. Finally, Sreesanth revealed the truth about the infamous Slapgate incident that shook the cricket fans ten years back.
That was not the only talking point of the show. Marathi Bigg Boss winner Megha Dhade who boasts of knowing the game in and out and following all the rules to the T was found on the wrong side as during the “Breaking News” task she crossed all limits by hitting Deepak with her shoe and spitting on him. Not that Deepak was innocent but nothing calls for that kind of behaviour on national television.
For the captaincy task, maximum of the housemates were supporting Surbhi Rana and Sreesanth’s brave step of revealing the truth about what happened between him and Bhajji certainly won him his fan Surbhi back.
Here’s all that happened in the house:
The housemates woke up to the song Chota bacha jaan ke humko na samjhana re. Srishty, KV and Rohit have a light moment. Sreesanth and Jasleen talk about how fake Happy club is. A discussion happened over kaalkothari and Romil said that he will take Somi’s name for breaking the rules. Somi said that she would take Deepak’s name for eve-teasing her. Deepak started asking everyone around for their support for captaincy, starting with Megha and then Dipika. Surbhi and Srishty made fun of Dipika.
Karanvir read out the captaincy task. It was called “Breaking News.” Surbhi and Deepak would be reporting. The news could be either someone doing something extraordinary for their favorite person in the house or someone making a shocking confession. At every music anchor Shweta Singh who would also keep a close eye during Surbhi and Deepak’s reporting. Whoever’s story qualifies for breaking news would win a point. Rohit and Romil try to climb the wall and say that they want to eat chaat items. Surbhi confronted KV about hiding food items. She raided his drawers and found sugar, poha and other food packets. KV said he stocked for the house as they often misused stuff. In round one none of the news managed to make an impression on Sweta and she gave zero points to both Surbhi and Deepak.
In the second round, Surbhi confronted Romil about the status of Happy club after their fight. Romil refused to comment and that meant he was not supporting Surbhi. Surbhi then went to Sree and then Somi. Somi said that they became a laughing stock by fighting amongst themselves.
Megha on the other hand confessed to Deepak that she is just a wild card entry and is not competing with anyone in the house. Megha later on also told Deepak that post the show she would approach a women rights organization to complain about him and Rohit for making comments on women in the house. Deepak then asked Rohit about his ex-girlfriend and Rohit confessed that two years ago he was in a relationship with the daughter of a famous producer. In round two Shweta Singh broke Surbhi’s news on Happy Club breaking. Surbhi was leading by one point. Shweta advised Deepak to concentrate on one topic.
In round three Surbhi asked Dipika about she not cooking in the kitchen anymore. Deepak on the other hand confronted Megha on her abusive behavior and spreading fake news. Megha lost her cool when Deepak used certain lingo which pointed to her character and threatened to hit him. Deepak continued reporting and that agitated her even more and at one point Megha turned uncontrollable and violent and she spit on Deepak and threw her shoe at him. Sreesanth, Dipika and the whole house tried to control Megha but she refused to budge.
Deepak also got angry and threw the mike and refused to do the task. Megha hurled abuses and foul language at Deepak. Megha went and locked herself in the bathroom and Dipika, Srishty and Sreesanth asked her to come out. Deepak went reporting and Sreesanth objected to it and asked him to be human. At last Megha came out and Surbhi cheered her up and asked her to show her motherly side. She even placed a kiss on Surbhi’s cheek. Shweta announced Deepak as the winner for the round for all the action. Deepak secured a point.
For the next round, Surbhi went to Sreesanth and asked him about who broke the rules of the house more. Sree pointed out to Rohit’s behaviour of climbing the wall. She went to Jasleen and she too pointed out to Rohit’s behaviour and his language that he used on the show. Jaslenn threatened to hit him. Somi did not like Jasleen making that statement and warned her. The girls got into a war of words and accused each other of a zillion things. Somi said Jasleen created a scene for the camera whereas Jasleen said that it was vice versa.
Jasleen told Somi that she had no identity beyond Happy Club and Somi told her that she was dependent on Anup for her fame. Deepak, on the other hand, asked Karanvir and Srishty about spooky things in the house. KV accepted that he felt negative vibrations and Srishty also said she felt something around her in the night. Deepak pestered Megha for her views but she simply refused to speak to him. Shweta gave both of them one point and their score was equal. For the last round, Deepak told Rohit that he would ask about who is the actual traitor in the house, him or Sree. Sreesanth, on the other hand, told Surbhi that she did not need anyone else as he would speak to her about the infamous Bhajji hitting him incident. Surbhi was shell-shocked.
Surbhi questioned Sreesanth about what actually happened ten years back. Sreesanth told her that it was nothing major and too many things were happening at the same time. He said that Harbhajan was under a lot of pressure and he had often warned Sreesanth in a friendly way to not be aggressive. After losing the match in his home ground Bhajji was upset and one thing lead to another and they both had crossed their line. Sreesanth said he cried not because Bhajji had hit him but he got emotional over his behavior as he always considered him as his elder brother.
However, Sree said that there is no bad blood between the two and that they are in touch and keep enquiring about each other’s well being. When Surbhi asked him why he kept quiet for so long, Sree said that he was waiting for the right time. Deepak tried to interfere in the interview a number of times and even called Sreesanth Flipsanth. Sree for the first time kept his cool and supported Surbhi. Shweta was impressed with Surbhi’s story and happy that finally after a decade the fans had their moment of truth. Shweta gave a point to Surbhi and she won the task and became the captain of the house.
Surbhi was declared the captain and she got very emotional and said that it was a privilege for her as a cricket fan to be a part of something like this. She couldn’t thank Sree enough. Sreesanth was later upset with Deepak’s attitude and said that he wanted to hit him. Dipika asked him to not waste his time on him. Dipika went on to say that she hates Romil but she hates Deepak the most and he did not exists for her anymore.
