Bigg Boss 11: Slut-shaming Shilpa Shinde and Arshi Khan was the biggest mistake of my life; Says Priyank Sharma

Priyank Sharma, Indian actor and dancer who rose to fame with Roadies Rising and Splitsvilla 10, saw unprecedented fan following since he joined Bigg Boss. From all the house fights to his time in the house, Priyank spills the bean and talks about eviction, his wild-card entry and much more...

Getting so close the finale, Priyank got evicted. When asked if he was upset with the audience's decision, here's what he had to say.

"I am happy because of the roller coaster journey I had in the house. To be honest; more than happy; I am satisfied with the way I played the game. Initially, for 2-3 weeks; I was into depression.  I couldn’t open up but when I re-entered the show; I was more confident. I got a chance to express myself and show the real side of Priyank Sharma to the audience. A lot of tears were shed; it was an emotional journey for me. It was a learning experience."

It came as surprise to all of us when Priyank chose Hina Khan over his long-term friend, Vikas Gupta, to this he said:

"See, Vikas is a very good friend of mine and there’s no doubt about it. However, there were lots of opinion clashes between us. Also, there was some sense of insecurity because Vikas was getting close to Hina Khan and Arshi Khan. I had supported him when Shilpa Shinde was harassing him but later on, I bonded well with Hina and I continued supporting her."

Coming back to Vikas; he is little dominating. He loves to be on a commanding side; which I do not like about him. However, this is just a game and I am sure Vikas will understand this side of my personality.

One can hardly forget Priyank fat-shaming Arshi Khan and Shilpa Shinde by calling them 'bhains' and angering all the viewers.

"It was one of the biggest mistakes I made in my life. I totally regret for body shaming Arshi and Shilpa. I am not at all proud of it. I had apologized both of them and later on we became very good friends. To be honest, I have never ever commented on anyone’s body but Bigg Boss is such a show where you cannot control your mind. Aisa situation khada kar dete hai jahan aapko samajh nahi aata ki aap kya bol rahe hai ho…I have realized my mistake and I will make sure that I never make such remark again in my lifetime."

Luv Tyagi's performance hasn't been up to par since the beginning of the show. Yet, it was Priyank who got eliminated over Luv to which Priyank said:

"This is Bigg Boss; anything can happen at any time (laughs). Luv might be evicted next week; you never know! Honestly, when contestants like Hiten Tejwani and Sapna Chaudhary got evicted; I was surprised. They got eliminated in spite of being strong. So my eviction was not all shocking; I was prepared for it. I took it positively."

And speaking about his thoughts on Luv-Hina’s friendship:

(laughs) All I can say is that I am happy with their ‘so-called’ friendship.

Priyank also shared his views on who wishes to see winning the Bigg Boss 11 title?

(After a long pause) Definitely; I would want Vikas Gupta to win because he is a very good friend of mine. He is playing the game in the best possible way and so yes; I would be happy to see him lifting the trophy.

On the other hand; I can see Shilpa Shinde and Hina Khan too as the strong contenders too. There’s a tough competition between all three of them. Let’s see who wins this season! I am really excited for the finale.

Lastly, when asked about the rumours circulating regarding being approached by Karan Johar in his next project, he said:

If given an opportunity; I would really love to work with Karan Johar. But honestly; it’s too early to talk about it. If anything gets finalized; I will surely announce it on a grand scale.
